Figure
4 illustrates the non-time-critical process for the New World
Mining District cleanup. This flow diagram is divided into three
parts. The first part shows the overall planning process that
will be used to guide the project for the next eight years. The
second part shows the annual planning cycle that will be used
to develop reclamation and restoration plans. The third part of
the diagram shows the annual design and construction cycle that
will be used to implement the reclamation plans.
